The application process was very quick and easy! Rubi helped to get me in my new apartment quickly and was able to accommodate all my needs. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my son and I are happy in our new home. The community itself is very well kept and has a lot to offer. My friend has lived here for years, and so I know we will enjoy our stay based on her experience as well. I am very excited to be a new member of this community.
I personally feel that Walton Ridenour is one of the best community to live in. Our management works hard to meet our needs our community is always kept clean and well maintained. I always say if I even hit the lottery I still will keep my home here this is how much that I truly love living here. This is my 4th Walton’s community that I have lived in and no other communities out beat Walton’s community. I have been promoting Walton’s communities for 28 years and counting I brag about how beautiful all of their communities are and I am not going nowhere but here. I feel totally safe I have raised my daughter here and now my grandson. I help in reporting anything that will bring down our community. I refuse to allow other residents to tear down or damage our community or make it into a drug place not on my watch.
The strong smell of weed is terrible. Not a smoke free community at all.
