Walnut Montessori-Preschool Academy

My daughter has attended this school for 7 months now. We love it. Staff is so helpful & friendly. Teachers are great. Any questions/concerns are addressed right away. Their curriculum is great. My daughter is 3 and has already memorized the continents. Also learning Chinese and Spanish. It’s been a great experience.

We absolutely love Walnut Montessori. I’ve taken my 8-year-old daughter here since she was just a few months old all the way through TK, and now my 3-year-old son has been attending since he was 8 months old as well. The environment is always very clean, safe, and well-organized. The staff is professional, kind, and truly cares about the children. The teachers are wonderful and supportive, and I’ve always felt confident leaving my kids in their care. I’m so grateful to have found a daycare that feels like a second home for my children. They are patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. We have seen tremendous growth in our daughter’s confidence, curiosity, and love for learning, and that speaks volumes about the quality of teaching and support she receives every day. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved in our child’s progress. We highly recommend the Walnut Montessori Academy for parents seeking a safe, caring, and educational environment for their little ones. The school welcomes children from infancy through kindergarten and is open from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., which is great for working parents with long commutes. The school provides everything we need, including childcare, nutritious meals, and a strong education. The teachers go above and beyond, especially during their annual events, such as the winter holiday, summer/graduation, Halloween masquerade, and Lunar New Year performances. The teachers truly make this place special, giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in wonderful hands. Lead teachers like Ms. Marissa, Ms. Karina, and Ms. Dean have been part of the school for years, which speaks volumes about its quality and consistency. A special shoutout to Ms. Mini, the school’s lead administrator, who I consider the sunshine of the school! Her warm smile and kind greetings brighten our day, and her compassion and patience when addressing our questions are deeply appreciated. We also want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Ping, who has accompanied our child from the baby room through age three, providing a sense of continuity and comfort as he reached each milestone. We love Ms. Ping and Ms. Mini… honestly, all the teachers are awesome! You can see that the kids love being there! If there’s a suggestion I can make, it would be to create more intentional ways for parents to connect (e.g., group chat, meet-and-greet). However, this is not a requirement of the school, so it’s not a negative on them, but could be really helpful, especially for some parents who may be too shy to approach others, but could benefit from it 😊. We highly recommend the Walnut Montessori Academy!

I was recommended to Walnut Montessori by a family member and a coworker, and they both had nothing but great things to say about the center. Now, both of my children attend, and they absolutely love it. My daughter has learned so much in just two months, and my son is in the infant room where all the ladies treat him with so much care—just as if I were there myself. I also love the TV in the entrance that shows what’s going on in every classroom, and I really appreciate being able to call during the day to check in on the kids. I highly recommend Walnut Montessori to others! ☺️
