Joined the East location with my silver sneakers option on my United healthcare Medicare. I used the family shower with my wife and caregiver. Also toured the facility. The fitness pool is about to get a makeover, the lap pool is beautiful. They keep the fitness pool a few degrees warmer than the lap pool. Looking forward to visiting the west side location as they are considered one and your pass is good at both.
something has to be done about the children in here….. Waiting for machines and waiting to work out so a bunch of 12yr olds can play around in the weight room.
Joined the YMCA a year or so after doing some work for them on the IT side of things at my business. Their staff are friendly, facilities are clean, and I enjoy what they do for the community. A great organization.
