Customer service is terrible. I went to get information on my account the guy acted annoyed I was even talking to him. He answered the phone and had a full blown conversation with me standing in front of him. I ended up waiting like 5-10minutes and my issue is still unresolved.
My daughter has been attending the after School program and holiday care for 2 years now. There are of course the occasional bumps but the staff has been amazing. My daughter has some difficulties and they really care about us and keep an eye out
