Ryan, Lorraine, and the rest of the New Heights Academy staff has treated my son like family since Day 1. He started attending at 4mo old and is now almost 3yo. We have loved sending our child to New Heights Academy. Our child started at New Heights at around 6 months and Ms. Lorraine - the owner - has become close. We could not have asked for a more love and support, and we have seen our child learn so much through play and some structured learning. We live far from family and Lorraine/Ryan have given me such peace of mind and are flexible with my work schedule, and they truly try and do right by the children in their care and the families.
We are so grateful for the love, care, consideration and compassion of the whole staff. They have cared for two of my children and my kids actually look forward to going. They have accommodated us so well, and love my children, which is exactly what I need when I can’t be with them. I highly recommend them.

Our son has been in attendance at New Heights for over 2.5 years from 4-months old until almost age 3. This is a family owned daycare and Lorraine/Ryan and the staff have been incredible to all of the children in their care and were super accommodating to our family in particularly as it related to some of our son's early stage dietary needs. The facility itself is great in terms of having a number of big rooms with tons of age appropriate toys/activities and a great outdoor play area. The engagement factor is also wonderful with the kids doing lots of fun crafts, songs, and even some foreign language immersion. Lastly, messaging, daily updates, and long-term lesson plans are communicated regularly within the Brightwheel app and quick communication with the staff is effortless. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for childcare!
