If you think is it worth going here these are my opinions and experience attending here. I did give it a five-star but at the end I had to drop it down for this reasons .The instructor was very knowledgeable very polite no issue with him. He gets five out of five. But when it came down to testing. I had to ask about four times he does not give the test. he has to get it unlocked from another person. It's not like I was the only one, total people with us was 6. It felt like It was going nowhere until I had to write a email to the staff wondering what's going on about my testing I paid for it. One day after graduated Friday and I got it. but I guess I'm not getting any reference from the instructor for college. because I guess somebody talked to him about it. It not my fault I asked about it for the whole week and nothing. oh well I think this is going to be the last time I go here. And I didn't get one of the tests that I study for well I'm disappointed on that. Is it worth $650 no more like $350
Mrs. Linda was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. I recommend this school they educate you on all the programs offered and really want to see their students succeed.
Great school a lot of help provided and my instructor has been the best and made my time at Visalia adult school amazing.
I’m confused as to why this CNA program charges $650 for tuition plus $100 for lab fees while other adult school programs in Tulare County are around $500 for tuition That $250 difference is significant—especially for students paying out of pocket. When I asked about the higher cost, I was told the program is “adequately priced” compared to others in the area, but no real explanation was given for the difference. From what I’ve seen, there isn’t anything offered here that isn’t already included in other lower-cost programs in the area. It’s disappointing. It doesn’t feel like the priority is supporting local students—it feels more like the goal is to profit from them. I hope VUSD reconsiders this approach and works to make vocational education more affordable and accessible for our community.
Small, lovely campus, helpful staff and great professors. Completed the Graphic Design course! I would love to do the Small Business class and Medical Terminology. There are so many good options to choose from!
