I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the experience my family and I have had at Vida Academy. My daughter had to intern there over the summer and she did not have a good experience at all. They wouldn’t allow her to do anything and every time she offered to help they would just refuse and not let her help or not let her do much but just sit there. The purpose of her internship was to gain experience in a workplace where she could interact with kids. She wasn’t able to get anything out of it and had to leave because the environment was truly awful and extremely disrespectful. I recently put my son into the daycare because I was in desperate need of a daycare and this was the only one that worked with my schedule. I knew my daughter had gone through a bad experience but I gave it a second chance and I wanted to see how things would go during the school year for my son. I had to pay an out of pocket fee for the busing so that they were able to drop off and pick up my son from school. They were never on time to pick my son up and there were multiple instances where they would arrive close to 4pm when my son ended school at 3pm. Multiple instances where my son had to walk to the daycare because nobody was on time to pick him up. My son has had various issues with the daycare and they constantly scream at the kids and are super disrespectful towards the kids. My son just got kicked out because he was asking to use the restroom and they refused him to go to the bathroom. My son got upset and he acted out and the daycare did not like that. I am not sure after all of the things my family has gone through why they have the disgrace of kicking out my son. This daycare is highly disrespectful and has no concrete person that runs the daycare throughout the day. Every worker is highly disrespectful and when you try to call or go to the daycare in person you don’t even get a proper greeting nor do they have a uniform so you are not able to see who works there or who’s in charge. Any question you ask they always have the excuse that you need to speak to a manager and they never have an answer to any question. I’m so upset with this place.
My 2 1/2 year old daughter goes here full time & she loves it there . & also my 7 year old attended summer camp and now attends before and after school care and he loves it there tooo . 🤍

Fui a este lugar dos veces y las luces siempre estan bajas, el lugar ocuro, no parece un lugar para niños, se ve triste y los niños y el personal tambien.
