The company is family owned and the mom and daughter of the company are rude. I would like to stay anonymous but i have personally heard verbal abuse used towards the childern especially "bigger" kids. Comments like "you dont think youve ate enough already", "you big enough already", or even saying "you are one of the biggest (weight wise) kids here" is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. They treat kids differently and poorly. Just because a child learns slower than others or doesnt comprehend as much as other doesnt mean single them out and make embarrass them in front of other students. I have personally seen and heard some employees treat a child different all because he was autistic. AUTISTIC DOESNT MEAN SLOW!!! They also have their own picks thay favor over others. All kids should be treated the same regardless of what they look like or how much they comprehend .

Horrible! They almost killed my baby and then gave away his slot without consulting me! Would not recommend!!! Update: I have NEVER called VLC to bring my child back to their facility! NEVER!!!! MY son was absolutely harmed at this facility!
