Ventura Children'S Learning Center

I have 3 kids and have tried several local preschools. We tried Children’s World, Little Tree, and Magic Carousel (when it was open), but VCLC was the most impressive. All 3 of our kids went there. The teachers use ClassDojo, a communication app, where they send pictures of students throughout the day. The photos are so helpful in asking our young kids what they did at school and who they played with. They are very responsive if I ever need to ask a question or relay a message. They also do cute “parent and me” events for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day and more. We also loved their adorable Holiday pageants and they went all out for graduation. I also notice that teachers all seemed happy working there- which I know is a big issue at other schools where there is constant teacher turnover. Happy teachers make happy kids and VCLC teachers looked like they genuinely enjoyed their school. They warmly greeted my children by name at drop off and made them feel safe and loved at school. Our family loved VCLC! You should check it out!

The VCLC is an amazing child care center! The teachers and staff care deeply about the kids and are very communicative with all matters. The school environment is safe, loving, and fun. My child did amazing under the care of the VCLC teachers and staff, and we can't recommend the school enough!

As a parent, finding the perfect daycare can be daunting, but we are beyond thrilled with Ventura Children's Learning Center. From day one, the staff has been warm, caring, and incredibly attentive to our two boys' needs. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with age-appropriate learning materials that keep our little ones engaged and excited every day. What stands out the most is the genuine care and passion the teachers have for the kids. Our children have blossomed socially and intellectually, and we couldn't be more grateful for the nurturing environment provided here. The daily updates, photos, and activities give us peace of mind, knowing our children are in such good hands. We couldn't recommend Ventura Children's Learning Center highly enough. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes your child's growth, happiness, and safety, this is it!

Happy one year to us! The time has flown by! My son started in the toddlers classroom & has now jumped over to the twos classroom with ease. Meeting Mrs. Victoria I can definitely say she has worked hard for what she's representing at VCLC; a safe & loving environment. For starters, they have an interactive parent app, which is the best way to communicate with my son's teacher, get reminders about special events & we receive pictures of his day with his friends. You really get a feel of what they're doing in the classroom; which is all age appropriate. My son has experienced a lot academically (thanks to his teachers) but overall, just amazing hands-on-activities a two year old should be involved in. Their monthly newsletters incorporate such fun events and parent participation, it really makes you feel connected (shout out to Ms. Val!). We look forward to the years to come ❤️

Our family had such a great experience at VCLC. Ms Victoria and the infant teachers are just amazing. I felt my son was safe and in good hands while at daycare and he really excelled while at VCLC. I loved receiving photos throughout the day via the tadpoles app. The team made drop off and pick up enjoyable and personable. We were so sad to leave VCLC, my husband and I picked a daycare in San Diego because it reminded us of VCLC. Lastly I’ll say Ms Victoria is so awesome. The first drop off was really rough as a new mom and she really helped make a difficult situation better. We will miss them so much and I’d highly recommend sending your child to VCLC!
