I got married in this church 33 years ago. Recently, we held a service there for my Mom who passed away. Everything was perfect. The volunteers from the congregation are kind gentle folks. Rev Boone, who leads the church is PHENOMENAL. He made what could have been a sad occasion, a joyful celebration of life. What a wonderful, wonderful church. ❤️

I have been blessed to be a Parrish member for many years , worshipping along with my loving family and Love Ones. You always come away with feelings of upliftment and inspiration. .God will continue to bless the Pastoral "s ministry , the musicians ,and all members, colleagues , friends and acquaintances . It's always been the church of the sweet, sweet spirit and will continue to be. Marching on with God before us.AMEN.

I missed going to church due to the pandemic. I can't wait to get back into the house of the lord. Vanderveer Methodist Church welcomes me with open hands. It's a great place of worship.

Came to celebrate the life of my Soror’s Mom....Ms. Norma. The service was very pleasant and uplifting. I would definitely visit again.
