Going to drive right past the children’s bus stop and then when they go home and contact a parent and the parent contact the bus barn the bus barn operator is going to tell me they don’t know what to tell me go out and talk to the bus driver and find out what they’re doing is that not their job at the bus barn and dispatch to maintain Their drivers and doing their route correctly this is failed. You all want more money but you can’t even do the job you have now.

Throughout the week the bus, my daughter's bus has been missing the bus. We were told there was a new bus driver who was showing up early. We go out to the bus stop next morning 10 minutes early and wait 25 minutes until the bus finally shows up. After my daughter gets on the bus, I finally received a message from transportation that the bus is arriving 15 minutes late, 25 minutes ago... Not great communication, that had us waiting in the cold for 25 minutes.

Absolutely criminal. I was told my child has to go to a specific school because he's special needs, yet transportation will not drop him off at his daycare even though it's here in Vancouver. Their excuse is that it's outside the boundary. I'm a single parent who works full-time and has no one else who can take him to daycare. Because of this, my son is being denied an education and the special services he is supposed to be getting. I can drop him off at school, but someone needs to drop him off at daycare, where the staff will take him off the bus. My sons daycare is one of very few that is 24/7, which I need because I work until 10:30 pm, so I can't use just any daycare, it has to be one that is open 24/7.

I have ZERO confidence in this place. I received a call, last Friday Aug 26, 2022, from the bus driver (the number was blocked as well). So she's lucky I even answered. But anyway. She called to confirm my address, let me know the pick up time which was 0738. She said that she drove by the neighborhood, earlier that day, to make sure she knew where it was. However, she said she say construction and that was enough make her just turn around. But assured me that she knew where the house was and would be there today to pick my son up. And could be a little early or a little late. So 0740 rolls around and the bus isn't there to get my son. I call transportation and they get ahold of her. She tells them she's right around the corner. 0815 comes. No bus. I call again. Now the bus driver is saying she can't find my house. WHAT?! I thought you came by on Friday and knew exactly where my house was? Hmmm. Very interesting. So at this point, my wife just packs up the kids and takes him the school. Because my middle boy has to go to a different school. And we're already late. I definitely will not be having my son ride this bus. These people are liars and do not care.

When thare is a Substitute driver can we have that driver for to school and to home and not two different subs had a lady in the morning to school and a guy on the way home my kid was late home and the driver said sorry I want the wrong way like it might of help if it was the same driver that pick up In the ,morning because they would of renamber a little from the morning or get gps for the bus drivers so that way I'm not panicking and wanderING what going on becuse my kid really late
