Dr. Martin was amazing! Not only did he listen and take our concerns seriously, he didn't discard us and had testing done. He recommended we follow-up with the pediatric cardiologist, who was visiting Pediatric Partners the following week. Dr. Martin called us the day following our appointment to see if we'd been able to book an appt with the cardiologist. When we told him the cardiologist was booked, he insisted on contacting them himself to see if they couldn't work our daughter in. Long story short, Dr. Martin personally called us several times with progress reports and ultimately was able to talk to the cardiologist personally and our daughter was able to see him. We are grateful and very impressed by his tenacity and work ethic to advocate for his patients. Thank you, Dr. Martin - you're a gem!
Wonderful experience! We arrived to Carbondale in late May to stay with family and have literally been fighting my sons exzema as we never have before in eleven years. I tried everything and finally decided to find a pediatrician locally that would hopefully help relieve some of the pain and swelling and oozing rash on his arms, legs, neck, and hands. Needless to say Dr Dan not only listened to us but praised our knowledge and suggested some other things and prescribed him a topical cream and anti histamine. Not only is he feeling relief he's all but healed completely in a matter of five days!! I also want to say thank you again to Andy at the front desk who got us in on a Saturday and was so professional and kind.
I love this practice. My children see Dr. Galka, even though he is out of network for us, simply because we have such a wonderful experience with him. He's very attentive to the kiddos and listens to them. I have also experienced him as a provider who listens to the parents. Additionally, I have had nothing but positive experiences with all other providers in this practice. Thanks for all y'all do!
Very rude staff n do no recommend the patient to visit bcz they do not know any information n don’t know how to talk to parents very mean communication n not knowlagable n asking parent to just have patience for no reasons
