Valley Preschool

We started attending Valley Bible Fellowship in 1997. My wife and I love this church! It’s the best place for Christian worship in Bakersfield! Pastor Ron is inspiring and very relatable!

Came here for the first time tonight with my husband, Sunday night service at 6pm, we where both presently surprised! We both didnt know what to expect but because its a big mega church i guess we both assumed it was gonna feel more like a show and impersonal then a personal church service. It was both a personal service and personal show actually, the "show" was a live band and there lyrics where so touching and up lifting , the lyrics spoke to me in high volumes and it was amazing. The lyrics themselves was its own message. Anyhow before service started a member came up to us and offered my husband a burrito , his wife made a batch and he brought them to share , he told us that God spoke to him and told him to come over to us and offer us a burrito, funny thing is my husband had not yet eaten dinner and was getting "hangry" ( hungry and angry) when your hungry you loose focus and cant concentrate that well & knowing my husband he would have been in la la land the entire service probably just thinking about food and not really soaking the word in and getting the most outta it, if it hadnt been for God speaking to that nice man to offer him a burrito ! It was just a moment we both knew was amazing , as funny as that may sound :) because God works in the most strangest ways sometimes... the main message was about having a strong foundation in life and for yourself in general and the strong foundation being God, without getting into to much personal details that message hit home HARD for me and my husband. I cried , I laughed, I felt the positivity fill up in my soul, for sure felt the presence in that church and we are in love with it all, we havnt been to any church in a few years and we both just got that feeling deep down inside , when you get that strong gut feeling and you just know this was meant to be, this is where we are supposed to be. The people are really friendly and non pressuring , there is a verity of different people and races, very diverse. We both felt comfortable and at home here and we look forward to coming back next Sunday night. If your looking for a church I highly suggest this one. Such a moving experience. never judge a book by its cover!

Great place to worship and serve. Have noticed that more and more youngsters are stepping up, taking over some ministries. ( while being mentored by someone who already serves) Great place to find constructive and fulfilling, activities, for younger and older adults. Also bible based learning/ teachings.

Best worship team and pastor Ron is the best, keeps my attention completely by being real

My first time attention Valley Bible Fellowship was very welcoming and comfortable and the pastor really spoke to me, he's very understanding. I'm proud to say Valley bible Fellowship is now my church :)
