I am here to talk about the same nasty, unacceptably RUDE older woman that three very recent reviewers complained about. She is obviously a new hire (and a bad one) because it wasn't this bad in December... Yesterday, this African American woman made a comment that I "voted for this." EXCUSE ME??? You have NO IDEA just how much I did NOT vote for this! You can't judge that solely by someone's voice! She kept loudly, sarcastically, and rudely referring to me as "HONEY!" and hung up on my face when I asked her to please stop. I called again today and, unfortunately got HER. Is SHE all you've got over there? If that is the case, then those of us needing assistance in this county are in trouble! She clearly hates people and should not be allowed to work with them in any capacity. She is there to help and what she is doing is refusing to help people. If I ever brought even a QUARTER of her rude energy to any job I ever held, I'm certain that, if I were overheard, I'd be frog marched out the door. It's apparent that this woman is in a free-range role with no oversight (sure must be nice...). It's not fair to the Community to force us to have to deal with people like her.
Spoke to someone on the phone. The person sounded like an older lady. She was not helpful and complained that they were short staffed. No manners what so ever. I understand that they are understaff but a little customer service goes a long way. We are all going through it!
some older lady answered the phone so nasty an so rude! i had asked when my file assistance will be paid out it’s been 3 months! an she hung up in my face! a report will be reported to the board. this is unacceptable
The 3 ladies we worked with on Friday december 26th were extremely helpful.
