This is probably one of the finest solid, unapologetically Bible based Christian churches in the country! ( We have lived in multiple different states and visited many different churches over the years.) The preaching is theologically deep, thoughtful and solidly Bible based and wrapped in true Biblical love - not fake! There is no compromising for secular liberal non-Biblical thinking. ( If you're looking for that this is not the place for you!) The preachers have a true deep love and concern for their flock sincerely wishing to carefully shepherd their flock through the narrow gate to Jesus. The majority of the congregation (especially the "regulars" / We do have a fair number of visitors) is extremely friendly and filled with true Biblical love! Note since it is quite a large church, the best way to get to know people is to join one or more small groups such as a Sunday School Class. The church is beautiful and the choir is incredible and award winning! They have one of the most extensive youth programs that we have ever seen in any church anywhere. In addition, there are senior groups, men's and women's fellowship groups and Bible study groups. They also have many other outreach ministries. Of note, I noticed one very negative review based on the reviewer's encounter with ONE of our PREVIOUS, very opinionated members who is no longer in the church. He definitely did not represent the majority of the congregation, so it's sad that the reviewer based his whole review on this SINGLULAR very negative interaction with one particular individual, particularly since he's no longer with us. No church on earth is perfect, because they all are based on man's perception of the Bible & what God wants, but I truly believe that VFFWB comes as close as you're going to get on earth. The perfect church will only be established when Jesus returns to establish the Perfect Church of Jesus Christ!! Bless you with the Love of Christ

So we had decided me and my two children that we needed and Fresh Start in life we wanted a break well we all know how burdens of life will weigh us down sometimes we can't breathe sometimes we don't know where to go sometimes we just simply want to stop and cry well I was coming out this road I never been out before and the way to the world hit me at one time and it felt as though my heart was in my throat I pulled over in this huge parking lot of this massive Church what a safe place to be right well I climbed out of my truck and this parking lot people are starting to come in and I look around and I feel as I'm going to be sick so I go over to the edge and do what I needed as I stand up and look around I can hear the river I can hear vehicles I can hear birds chirping all is calm and I look out of the corner of my eye and here comes this woman towards me she has blonde hair she's wearing a white jacket and she's walking straight for me she came to me and she said honey are you all right I said move yes thank you for asking just been having a rough morning and well little bit now I've been having a rough she said honey my name is Lisa and I work right inside those doors right there may I pray with you with my heart and my throat and fighting back the tears welling up in my eyes I said I will be very grateful if you would she grabbed my hands as though she's known me forever she lowered her head and her words started flowing and it seemed to wrap around me and squeeze me so tightly I couldn't breathe standing in that church parking lot with the weight of the world lifted off of me this strange woman held my hand and talk to God about me for me with me that was the most heartfelt moment of his purest I had experienced I want to thank you Lisa and I want you to know that your prayer has lingered in my mind and my heart since I seen you I Can Only Imagine what's within those doors of that church if just you come out of it you are beautiful person and your heart is exactly where it needs to be thank you so much

Great teaching, fellowship, and praise. Lots of children and ways to serve each other and our community

If you can think and ask questions, RUN. Rose will CONFRONT you along with HIS deacons and TELL you not to ever talk to the pastor, keep your thoughts and opinions to yourself, keep quiet, accept what is being said and sit there. That Rose owns his own business and fired someone. That Rose took debate class 101 and you won't stand a chance against him. Per Rose, if you want to grow in God, you need to labor. If you have any questions, come to the deacons, (never ever talk to the pastor) and ask but they don't have time to answer your questions. So much for Martha and Mary? And what about accusers, where are they, don't need them, you(whomever can think), are a debater, confrontational and argumentative and are trying to divide the church. Says alot if one person can divide the body but then if you do as Rose states, have a body (church) full of sand. And these deacons with exception of Dan (i talked with a handful of times), i never seen or ever talked with them. I still love and pray for them.

This is probably going to be my forever church. I love going here. The preacher is great, Sunday school teacher is great, the choir is awesome, everything about this church is awesome. I have felt the Holy Spirit every time I've been in this church its great.
