My youngest has been going here for a year and a half now. He started in the infant room and has moved his way up to toddlers. As an infant, he was particularly picky when it came to getting his bottle. His teachers were always patient and will to go the extra mile. As he's leveled up, all of his teachers have been so welcoming and still go the extra mile. Whether its getting crafts done early so he can be included or letting him be their helper after a tough drop off, we know he gets exactly what he needs.
Our daughter has been attending for just over 6 months and we have had a fairly good experience. Her teachers have all been great and supportive. Her newest teacher, Ms. Dee, has gone above and beyond in checking in on our daughter and reaching out to see how she is doing when she has been sick. We truly appreciate her attentiveness and care! With the small amount of issues we have had, the ladies in the front have been quick to respond and support and we appreciate what they do to ensure our daughter is well cared for.
My daughter started attending the pre k program and she has greatly approved academically. The atmosphere of the school and all of the teachers is wonderful. I really am happy I made the choice to go with valley child care.
Our son has been coming here for about a year now. We had a bad experience at our previous child care center so we were nervous going into a new facility. I had heard of this location through a coworker and decided to stop by. A year later and I can’t imagine our son going anywhere else. We feel he is safe here, and learning so much with their pre-k curriculum. Every staff member is amazing, and we especially enjoy having Mrs. Kathy and Miss Liz as his teachers. We will be sad to go when he starts kindergarten next year. Our son has made many friends and always tells us how great his day was when he gets home.
My daughter has been going here for almost a year and I love everyone! My daughter loves Ms Dee and they have a special bond. It makes leaving her while at work so much easier when your child is happy to go. My daughter even graduated rooms and at first was not happy to leave Dee but I think she’s coming around and is happy to Jennifer now too. They constantly communicate with us about how her day. How well she played with the other kids. How much she ate and how long she napped. I trust Valley Child Care, Dee, and Jennifer 100% with my heart.
