Es un sitio muy tranquilo. El unico ruido q escuchas son los niños jugando. Son muy selectivo al escoger familias o inquilinos q no tengan antecedentes penales, son estrctos en las reglas de como mantener su lugar de espacio limpio y armonioso para los demás. El problema es q muchos inquilinos no siguen las reglas y otros se perjudican o molestan. El sistema de lavado se puso más caro pero ahora con menos maquinas arregladas y disponibles. Los ascensores deberían tener un mantenimiento más concurrido. Pero es el mejor "residencial" q jamás había estado
