If I could give no stars I absolutely would. This place literally is useless. They told me they couldn’t help me with rent with being behind only December. They told me they allocated all of their resources. And couldn’t give me a reason why they couldn’t help me. This was my first time even applying for rental assistance with them and they have been no help at all. Just useless people and a useless company. They don’t even deserve a one star from me. About to be homeless because of this

My furnace gave out and i had no way of getting any kind of help or inspection. I applied for the weatherization program and I cannot say enough good things about it, about the weatherization audit and the people who conducted it. From start to finish, this experience was far beyond anything I expected. Its winter and they moved my cases in as fast as possible considering it a crisis situation. It only took a few days for the application to go through, to be approved, and to get the aduit completed. They were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain everything they were looking at, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood both the problems and the possible solutions. I never once felt judged or dismissed, only supported. The audit uncovered serious issues that I never could have afforded to address on my own, and because of this program, my home will be safer, healthier, and more energy efficient. The fact that they didn’t just do a quick check, but instead looked at the whole picture, truly changed my life. This program is a lifeline. It gave me hope, relief, and a sense that someone actually cared about my situation. I am beyond grateful for the work they do and for the compassion and professionalism of the team. If you are unsure whether to apply or think you might not qualify, please try. This program makes a real difference. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it. I am forever grateful.

I have been treated with more respect from a drive though at 2 am then I was by my "case worker" she is condescending and assumes that anyone asking for help is poor and uneducated. My case worker was rude , unhelpful and demeaning.

somehow they’re never able to help me. they helped a girl I know who’s pregnant & not high risk, in my same situation but somehow I don’t meet their “ criteria “. It makes absolutely no sense. I don’t understand how I don’t meet their criteria either, they give you no explanation just “ we don’t have any more funding “ which is bullshit cause they’ll turn around & help the next person who’s in a better situation than me.
