Ustc Afterschool Martial Arts Program

Both my kids have been coming to the afterschool program for several years, and we have also enjoyed the taekwondo classes over the summer. This program transformed my son who struggled in school previously. Now he is much more focused and more confident in school. My kids have also made a diverse group of friends through this program, and I love that we have an activity to do in the house as a family when the weather isn’t great throughout all four seasons. The instructors are great, adapting the lessons to each individual’s abilities. I joined the adult program at night about 6 months ago, and I’m very glad that I took the initial leap. If you or your kids are looking for an alternative workout and a sense of community, you should come give taekwondo a try!

Next to everything else, this school is my home. Every time I walk through the doors and into class, I'm welcomed by a wonderful community, excellent instructors and I've learned to overcome many obstacles here. These instructors/masters/grandmasters have given me the best training anyone could ask for. All my instructors, classmates and even myself motivate me to actually want to improve. I'm actually able to take this seriously because I'm impressed with the way everyone is focused on what they're supposed to be doing. They're very organized too. Each class always has something different and I enjoy the thrill of being surprised with what we'll be working on in class. I thank all the instructors, classmates and Grand Master Kim and I look foreword to training with them all. I highly recommend this place for martial arts.

I started taekwondo three years ago. Going to Middleton US Taekwondo is the highlight of my day. All of the instructors are very caring and nice and they treat everybody with respect. Master Han leads his staff by example and I have learned so much from his teachings. He always encourages us to push to a higher level and I have enjoyed going to competitions as well. I highly recommend Middleton U.S taekwondo.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! The receptionist for the after school program is the most unprofessional miserable woman I've ever had to deal with. Her name is Lisa. I've caught her yelling at children on numerous occasions and just being completely rude to me any opportunity she has. The summer program has No structure for the kids and barely any activities scheduled. I strongly suggest selecting alternative care.

We went to the Middleton branch and it is great! Excellent at helping everyone to push themselves and shape their potential. Highly recommended for people who are serious about martial arts and want to accomplish their goals.
