Usaa Child Development Center

My child came into contact with a child from this daycare and got hand foot and mouth disease. The daycare didn’t sufficiently notify the families except in a weekly newsletter so it spread to multiple kids. I’m greatly disappointed in the communication of a highly contagious disease cycling through the daycare. Parents should not need to go digging for this information when they see the staff everyday while dropping off and picking up their kid. This has caused a child not even attending this daycare to contract this disease. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

We love this center! They really do care for your children, and the teachers go ABOVE and BEYOND to create exciting, engaging learning experiences for your children. Their documentation of the day through their app is also phenomenal! I have wonderful things to say about them! I think we came at an interesting point after the pandemic. The initial class sizes were small, but now my child's class is packed! Still, his teachers create beautiful memories and learning experiences, and they are always getting new stuff!! I don't question what our money is being used for! You have to see their playground too! It is a wonderful mix of nature and play structures/covered areas. My child has so many options when it is time to be outside, and I love it! I am elated my child got to have this early educational experience!

Bright Horizons is amazing! I have two kids enrolled here at this location. It gives great piece of mind for the security measures that are taking at the center to keem them safe. The teachers in all the rooms are always friendly and always say hi to my kids even though they aren't in their class. The STEM program is one of my favorites curriculiums they do here at Bright Horizons. They always have fun science and art projects with the kids. My kids have been developing rapidly since starting at Bright Horizons and even their doctor has noticed. They also have several different areas for each age group to play outside that best fits the age group! My kiddos just love coming in the morning and my oldest walks in like he owns the place! Thank you for all that you do to everyone at this locations!

I absolutely adore the Bright Horizon's family. My child has been going here for over a year and just switched to the next class room and that transition was seamless simply because everyone here cares for my child beyond what I could have ever imagined. This is my first experience with putting my child in any type of care and I was nervous but with the communication and support the staff and teachers have given me. I go to work with such peace knowing my child is safe and taken care of in the highest of standards. That's not even touching the outstanding education that Bright Horizon's provides. They truly pour so much love and passion to what they each do here. Ms. Ayla and Ms. Angel have been the sweetest souls being there day in and day out with my kiddo. Margie, Amanda, Emerald, forgive me if I'm missing anyone's names but everyone in the front make you feel so welcomed and the center director, Ms. Lupita is kind and very hands on, this is more than just a job for her and it shows! I just wanted to express my gratitude for what a consistently amazing experience our family has had here. 🤍
