The people who work there are lovely ! But the cleaning conditions are HORRIBLE !!!! I get it's a "shelter" but there should still be a set STANDARD of upkeep. Maybe get better training or new maintenance staff. I really hope something changes because again the staff themselves are nice people.
Our organization, The Shakti Mission, hosted a clothing distribution at Urban Stratesgies on Feb 22nd. The staff was pleasant, very helpful and assisted to streamline the process allowing us to help individuals and families in need.
Ms. Simpson the housing specialist is Amazing at her job very friendly and gets the job done. Best part of my experience there.
