Upstate Cerebral Palsy

I would give this church zero stars if I could. Which is shocking because just a couple weeks ago I would have rated it 5 stars, along with its Apple Tree Preschool program, and the other wonderful programs the church offered our community. It felt like a family. But not anymore. Just weeks before school was suppose to start, parents and staff were informed that the church abruptly decided to close the preschool. With no explanation. Leaving the amazing teachers and staff without jobs or severance, no notice. Leaving families scrambling to find another preschool program with openings (basically non existent this close to the start of the year). The church and its board of directors’ selfish decision has a direct, negative impact on our community. Whatever their “mission and vision” is, it certainly doesn’t include our community or our children and families. I cannot in good faith recommend them.

I was a member of Trinity Church my entire life until this past March. The ONLY reason I transferred to my current church, which I do love, is because we moved out of the area. I LOVE Trinity and miss it immensely. Whenever I am back in the area on a Sunday for another event I make sure that I arrive in the morning so that I can attend church here. The people are filled with so much love and acceptance of ALL people. I feel the Holy Spirit moving there during worship and during the social hour. I am blessed to be a part of the history of this church, where the Trinity is alive and moving.

The board of this church are some selfish people. They decided to shut my son’s school down for their “priorities” of what they feel is important within our community weeks before school was supposed to start. What do they find more important than our children, the future, and their families? Stop supporting this church, find a new one. Unacceptable. Even if they did change their minds, I wouldn’t want my child to go where they are not wanted. If I could give 0 stars I would. This letter seems like some bull.

This church doesn't even deserve one star. The abrupt closure of a preschool by deceitful members of the board is despicable. Members of the congregation are just as upset and shocked as the families who were affected by their disgusting actions and thats not hear say, it's a fact. So please spare me with your disingenuous response about "avoiding misinformation". We have the facts. The board members are selfish with a vision of dollar signs from the highest bidder. If you support this church, you're part of the problem.

I never thought I would be able to walk into a church again after what happened at the last one I attended. All though I haven’t been able to attend much, this place will always be my home❤️ They have been nothing but accepting, kind, and thoughtful towards EVERYONE. This church is a safe haven, and I mean that.
