My mother is living here in the care facility at 103 years of age. She was in one of the facility's self living apartments before that. It has been a wonderful place for her to live. And the people in the care facility have been wonderful with Mom. Good place for those who have retired and do not want the problems of maintenance and upkeep of owning their own place.
Our mom lived in one of the UP cottage homes for three years. She recently passed away. Myself and four sisters were at the cottage for a week afterwards to clear out the house. Not once did anyone from the office stop by to offer condolences or give any kind of direction about the house. We had to initiate any kind of contact. That gives the impression that all they care about is getting their huge amounts of money!
Great place for family and friends. Offers options of living and promotes health!
