Aggravated doesn’t even begin to describe how unprofessional this experience has been. My fiancé and I visited UCCC two weeks ago and were given Tameka as our point of contact, yet I have not heard from her. This upcoming Monday will make three weeks with no communication. Marie front desk (I believe that’s her name) has been extremely rude and has raised her voice during phone conversations. She repeatedly says she is taking down my information and will pass along messages, but I still have not received a single follow-up call. My entire family attended UCCC, and I was genuinely excited especially with my baby arriving soon to begin planning ahead. Instead, I’ve been met with a complete lack of communication. Each time I call, I’m told Tameka is in a meeting. I would assume there would be additional support available to assist with scheduling tours, especially if Fridays are not an option for me or others. Additionally, the email address listed on her business card does not work. I was also told by the front desk that if you submit your information through the portal and no one reaches out, it likely means there are no available spots. That should not be an excuse to avoid returning calls. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering it was never like this when I attended. The level of professionalism and communication has significantly declined.

I cannot recommend UCCC highly enough! We first started at the Center in 2016 and have had the wonderful experience of sending 2 children through UCCC's classrooms. From the curriculum to the teachers and staff, families and their children feel supported and loved from the moment they step through the doors. Having the support of LUME and the continuing education and support that the teachers and staff receive is a big advantage here and the parent support and resources are second to none. We will always be grateful for the Center and its teachers for their role in our children's early development and care.

Our daughter has been enrolled for about 6 weeks now and we are grateful for UCCC. Ms. Melissa is incredibly intentional about implementing our preferences for instruction and development. Her room is consistently calm yet interactive, friendly but still structured. We are always greeted with smiles from staff and families. We also love the diversity! Great place with great people.
