Universal Kids School Of Excellence

Updated on 2nd Sep 2022: Recently I have received bill from this child care center, I was surprised that we left this place about 2.5 years ago, but we still received bill from them, the amount up to $5000, I send email to the supporting team but no respond, I called the number nobody answer, then I screenshot the email they sent to me, and share with everyone here, be aware this place over charged you even you quit about couple years later, I did give great review about 2 years ago, but when I received this crazy bill and email mentioned that we have PAID successfully!! I need get lawyer about this case, seriously this is ridiculous! I am a busy officer & busy mom who take care of 2 years old baby girl by myself, In December 2019, I got an job offer from my current employer, after a week, my daughter and I moved from Greenville to Blythewood, its about 1.5 hours driving not that far but still a new environment to us, new job start on 3rd Dec, I have to find a daycare in Blythewood ASAP. one of My friend who living Colombia he recommended to me “Universal Kids Child Care Center”, his family all kids have been take care of this daycare for past 13 years. They have a very good reputation and trustworthy institution. I finally decided to send her to this daycare. As a parent, I was very worried about my daughter could not adapt to all this happened in the short period, new environment, new teachers, new classmates, making new friends... because she is pretty sensitive little girl, about a week, stressful, anxiety cause me sleepless.... However, My daughter joined Universal kids Child care center about two months now. To be honest, in the first few weeks, she cried very badly when i drop her every morning, make me feel so sad.. so I tried to convince of myself its just child separation anxiety, about a month later, I realized that she finally started enjoyed this place, I saw she was played with other children and teachers when I pickup her. Ms Babara hold my daughter in her arms most of the time(but she only work at Monday and Friday) , my daughter's clothes were clean, the diapers were dry everytime I pickup her, all the teachers are friendly and take their responsiblilty, as parent’s expectation is nothing more than that. I feel so lucky to send my daughter to this daycare, my daughter's second birthday was on 2/14/2020, I bought the cake one day in advance, I requested daycare teacher could celebrate to my daughter with all kids from the same class, Ms Todd prepared a cute birthday present to her. Ms Siulee was help took a lot of birthday photos for my daughter. And made a very joyful video for her, I really appreciate for you'll sincere care of my daughter. as long as my baby stay in this place I can work with greater peace of mind. All of our Children have gone here since they were 6 weeks old starting in 2006. Mrs Barbara is great and every morning the kids make sure to stop in and hug Mrs Todd, she took care of them while they were in the nursery and is very loved. I couldn't recommend Universal kids more highly.

They didn’t care about the staff at all and I dislike how they would talk to me and they didn’t care at all.

Went for a visit it was horrible
