This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I was extremely impressed when i took a tour on how welcoming they were...fast forward to my child's first day. They have camera's where you can look in from your phone throughout the day 5 mins for 5 times, 3/5 times they weren't even visible and one other time i see a child holding my child down to the ground with the workers directly in front of them with their backs to them. It literally broke my heart. When i went to pick him up i walked in the room and he is screaming crying walking directly in front of a worker who is just sitting in a chair while this is happening...he was 10 months old at this time. I pick him up and he has a bruise under his eye towards the top of his left cheek, i ask the worker what happened and she said they told her he "woke up like that." That bruise stayed on his face for 5 days...from the time i picked him up till he fell asleep that night he screamed. The following day i went to get his things because that was his first and LAST day there, and they removed his teething necklace and the lady said "oh i don't know where it is." She claimed she'd order him a new one and i have yet to receive that...i showed the front desk lady the pictures of his face and she was empathetic but never asked a worker what happened to try and find answers for me, she just apologized. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, whether i liked them or not, because if this can happen to my child, it can happen to THEIRS!!!
Very very very unprofessional and they don’t hold know accountabilities to there wrong doing .The owner seems to be very nice but is never there so if u have a problem u have to catch her when it should be a number to call her whenever u need to speak her because the director is messy and her son which is her assistant is very messy and will fight people when he don’t know what’s going on ,some of the teachers r messy as well and that’s why I said what I said very very very unprofessional.this is me giving my opinion and truth on this place.
