If I could leave 0 stars I would. AVOID this place at all costs. Keep your babies safe! My child has been going there for almost 4 years. Only to find out that he’s been strapped to a chair not once but multiple times for being rowdy! Imagine your child being strapped to a chair for being rowdy not to mention if I as a parent did that, I’d have my child taken from me. DCF was called and of course the system is flawed and this place is a church so they get a slap on the wrist meanwhile my child is traumatized. My child I thought was speech delayed, he’s not. He was so traumatized by this place he wouldn’t talk. Now that he’s out of there he’s talks clear and consistent. Coincidence? This place needs to be shut down but until then don’t send your babies here
This daycare likes to nickel and dime you for everything. If you are running two minutes late and even call and state you had an emergency like a flat tire or anything. They will not care. You will be charged a full late fee. The administrators can be very rude. Even if you try to have a normal conversation with her. She will talk down to you. As if you are a little child as well. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE! The worst experience (with a daycare) in my life!
