What Parents Say
United Child Care Center receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, with parents praising the caring staff, developmental learning opportunities, and daily communication. Most reviewers report their children are happy, engaged, and making significant developmental progress. One negative review raises concerns about outdoor time and staff adherence to instructions.
United Child Care Center has by far been the best decision I made for my daughter. She has been going since she started walking. Every teacher and everyone there has been kind, loving, and amazing to us. My daughter learned SO much from them including helping me potty train so quickly! I love how much they keep you updated through out the day I know what my child ate, when she went potty, and the activities they do daily. I love hearing about what she did each day and seeing her happy face throughout the day but as well when I pick her up she is always happy and having fun. Im very sad that her going there will be coming to an end soon since I’m having twins soon and she’ll be home with me until she starts 4K. I PRAY when the time comes to work again that I can get my twin girls in this amazing day care so that my twin girls end up just as amazingly kind and smart as my 3 year old. THANK YOU for everything these past few years you all will never be forgotten about you made an impact on my girls life 🥺♥️ I appreciate you all!
We love UCCC! Both our children go here and both love it. They both get excited when we drive up in the morning to see their teachers. Our son has special needs and we are amazed at how the staff has gone above and beyond to work with him and accommodate his needs. For the level of care that our children receive and the peace of mind we have leaving them here, we consider it more than affordable pricing.
My almost 17 month old daughter has been attending UCCC since our first daycare closed. She was in the infant room and now the 1 year old room. This is my first child, but second daycare. I love this place. She has exploded with learning since starting. They taught her sign language signs, which I never thought to do. That helped us so much at home! They taught her terms like "gentle hands", which I hadn't thought of either. We say that to her all the time at home when she starts getting crazy with the cats, and she knows exactly what we mean and immediately starts petting them in a more gentle manner. One day recently I was stunned when I started singing "twinkle twinkle little star" to her and she started singing along (kind of just humming/yelling but then actually sang the words 'up above') and making little hand motions to go with. She knows other songs because of her teachers as well. They also taught her to give us her plate when she is done eating (as opposed to throwing it on the floor). These are just a few examples. One thing I've really recognized is that although I am a loving parent, I am not a teacher. I try hard to teach my daughter things, but at UCCC, teaching little ones about day to day life is what they do for a living. I trust them with my precious baby girl. I truly believe that they care about her, and not only care about her, but enjoy her. I love reading the little progress reports they send home each day, I love hearing the stories about the day, and i love that they even do "parent teacher conferences" to talk about her development. Should we ever move out of the area, I would be so sad to leave UCCC, because I feel so comfortable taking her there each day. If you would've seen me when we first started touring facilities when she was 3 months old, you'd know that it takes a lot for me to say that I don't mind dropping my daughter off somewhere. I was a complete basket case at the thought of leaving her anywhere at all. Now I see how much she gains from her teachers and the company of other children. I can't recommend this place enough. Your child will be safe and happy there.
I love this daycare. My grandson can't wait to see Ms. Jessica. He has learned so much. I do not have to worry about him during the day. I know he is in gentle, caring hands!
If you don't mind your child not going outside even once most days thoughout the year. And if you don't mind teachers repeatedly ignoring instructions and medical care for your child, then this place is for you!
