My son has been going to latchkey for years. Now there is a billing issue and i can't get a call back or a response to an email. Chris ignores peoples call. You take my money quick but take this long to give it back or make the situation right.
United Activities is an amazing program that gives students and young adults paid experience to build their resumes and help them explore different career paths. Both of my children have been engaged in this program for many years. It is a perfect stepping stone to life. In addition, the staff is truly amazing and go above and beyond to help participants. My youngest was studying abroad this year and the UAU/SYEP team worked together to make sure that she was placed in a position that aligned with her future career path. Excellent program, Excellent co-hort opportunities and Excellent team members. Thank you!
I had a bad experience with United activities Unlimited. When my son was chosen to SYEP program with this provider, I called to ask what documents I have to provide. Lady who picked up the phone gave me the list of required documents and she told me that she will put the note to my son application that we will send documents late. She told me don’t worry everything will be ok. But in few days we received message that my son was not chosen because we didn’t submit documents in time. I called to that provider and they told me that they don’t have any information about this conversation and nobody responsible of that. So my son lost the place on this program because of that stuff. I will call to my lawyer. For everyone just will recommend when you speak through the phone with some stuff do record a call on a voice recorder.
Both my daughter and I had a great experience with United Activities Unlimited, Inc. From a parents perspective, they provided me with information needed to complete forms and for my daughter, she knew the expectations and responsibilities that had to be met.
Patti and the team and UAW were extremely helpful in guiding my daughter through the application process. They were very responsive and professional.
