What Parents Say
U.S. Tae Kwondo Center in Agawam receives mostly positive feedback, with parents praising the instructors and their children's enthusiasm for classes. However, there are serious concerns from a few parents about communication issues, child safety, and bullying incidents that were not adequately addressed.
The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The lack of communication is unbelievable and the amount of times my child was forgotten as school literally makes me sick to my stomach! Don’t waste your time or money if you’re looking to have a peace of mind while your little ones are away from you. This isn’t the company!
Our son loves coming here. The masters are great and it is exactly what my son needs. He has severe ADHD and is autistic and is 5. He’s a hard kid to contain. Master Dan works constantly to make sure the kids have direction and are constantly moving and my son is very excited every week. I will say that there’s definitely a few repairs that the space needs and a bit of shining up but overall that matters less to me than my son loving where he goes. We came from a 2 week free trial coupon and we will definitely be coming as long as our son loves attending.
I was being bullied every single day and you guys did even do anything about it i have really bad adhd so i will go crazy when I get bullied again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and one star
My son really enjoys the classes! The teachers are really great with every kid!
The experience I had at your school was profoundly disappointing. Upon my arrival, I observed a lack of interaction from the staff, with the exception of the instructor. Furthermore, there was a lady engrossed in paperwork, and a group of unsupervised children causing a disturbance. I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a firefly, which was mistreated by some of the children. Regrettably, there was no intervention from any adults to impart a lesson on the value of all life. Additionally, there were adult males present who seemed to be observing the training, and it was unclear whether they were parents or not. My wait was prolonged, and I encountered disorganization and a notable lack of professionalism throughout the visit. Based on these observations, I must express my concerns about the safety and quality of care provided at your school, and I would hesitate to entrust a child to such an environmen Furthermore, it is disheartening that, following our "meeting" , there was a significant delay in receiving any follow-up communication. I find it perplexing that several weeks elapsed before you reached out to inquire about my feedback on the meeting.
