We recently transferred our daughter to UGRO in Hershey after our previous daycare wasn’t meeting our expectations, and the difference has been incredible. From day one, we felt completely reassured that we made the right choice. Her teachers, Miss Jess and Miss Amy, are truly wonderful. They go above and beyond every single day to keep the kids engaged, learning, and having fun. You can tell they genuinely care about each child in their classroom. The communication is outstanding — we receive multiple updates throughout the day, pictures, and little notes about what she’s doing and learning. Being able to view the classroom cameras is also a huge plus and gives us so much peace of mind as parents. I also have to mention the director, Marin. She is incredibly welcoming. She sets the tone for the entire center, and you can truly feel her commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment for the kids. UGRO Hershey has far exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t be happier, and we are so grateful for the amazing environment they’ve created for our daughter. Highly recommend!

U-Gro has gone above and beyond for meeting the needs of my son who is about to begin kindergarten next fall. We have been lucky enough to have a series of great teachers over the past 5 years in which I feel have prepared him for kindergarten and made a huge impact on his social-emotional and cognitive development. Thanks to the parent communication app SproutAbout I am able to get regular updates and photos of my child and have direct communication with his teachers and the center’s leadership and being able to peek in on the camera’s gives me peace of mind. My son loves attending school each day and is always excited to go see his teachers and friends. I am so grateful we chose U-Gro and thankful for the teachers that go above and beyond everyday.

Bringing your children to childcare at any age is extremely scary. However, let me put your mind at ease by saying UGRO is so much more than just childcare. I transferred my daughter from a different childcare to UGRO Hummelstown and it was the best decision i have ever made! The teachers are amazing and have given my sassy diva a chance to explore who she is and encourage her to embrace all of who she is. Her personality has blossomed tremendously from the moment she started! We have been with UGRO for 2 years now and i am forever grateful for the education that they have provided for my daughter. This school individualizes your child's learning and experience to ensure they are meeting your child's needs! I cannot stress enough, UGRO is the best place to bring your child 🩷🩷

We have had a wonderful experience with UGro Hershey. My daughter started here at just 8 weeks old and is now 20 months, and throughout that entire time I have felt confident in the care she receives. The environment is incredibly safe, clean, and thoughtfully structured which gave my family peace of mind, especially as first-time parents navigating childcare while working full-time in healthcare. The teachers are warm, attentive, and care deeply about the children. They know my daughter’s personality and support her curiosity and growth. It has been amazing to watch how comfortable and happy she is to see her teachers and friends each morning! I appreciate the activities and curriculum they provide. Even in the infant and toddler rooms, they focus on developmentally appropriate learning through play, sensory activities, music, early language skills, and plenty of creativity. The practical aspects have also made this daycare an ideal fit for our family. The hours are reliable, which is essential with a hospital schedule, and the proximity to the Penn State hospital has been incredibly convenient. It’s reassuring to know my daughter is so close by during the day. We love the Sprout About App which gives us updates throughout the day. Additionally, the center providing snacks and meals is incredibly helpful and takes that stress of planning off of us. Overall, UGro has been a nurturing and dependable place for our daughter. We are so grateful for the care she receives and wholeheartedly recommend it.

U-GRO Hershey is excellent!! We are thankful for the wonderful people who left a lasting impact on us as parents, but most importantly on our two children. Both of our kids attended from the baby room all the way through Pre-K graduation. U-GRO builds trusting relationships, has loving teachers, communicates well, prepares kids for kindergarten socially and academically, and is overall a great place to bring your child :)
