We have been going to U-Gro for 2 years and recent changes have made the center fantastic. Annmarie has made such positive changes to the center and she treats each and every kid like they are her own. My daughter loves to go in her office for stickers and she’s always so sweet to her. She is in preschool now and her teachers are wonderful. They give her opportunities to be a big helper and she loves spending time with her friends while learning. She is learning so much and surprises me daily with what she learns. She is receiving wonderful care. We love U-gro and all the staff there.
I Absolutely LOVE it here!! My kids love it! The teachers/staff are amazing they go above and beyond. They have amazing lesson plans for the kids and the kids learn so much and plan so many activities for them. We only started here in June and it’s been one of the most best experiences we have ever had!! The director Annie is amazing!!! you have an issues she’s addresses them or fixes them immediately!! I recommend this place to so many people!!!! And Jenilyn in the babies room 1000% amazing she’s the babie whisper!!
The teachers have a high turnover rate and the parents have no idea who's caring for their children throughout the day. They should do better in this area for what they charge. They add on extra fees and they don't inform you until after it's added. The director seems to take things personal when you ask for information or have a concern. The facility should be more professional when speaking to the parents. The staff aren't fully prepared when things occur which makes it feel like they aren't trained for what if's. They didn't have lesson plans or menus to give out every month, it was sparingly. They value quantity ($) over quality (care). I wouldn't recommend this location to another family.
Having moved several times with children, we’ve experienced many daycares and directors. I can confidently say that Annemarie consistently puts the children’s best interests first and has done an excellent job addressing the challenges she inherited. Daycare work is not easy, but the teachers truly do their best to care for the kids and are receptive when concerns are shared. My older two were never eager at drop-off, but my little one—who is currently enrolled—runs in each morning with excitement. His happy demeanor speaks volumes about the care he receives.
Ugro has been incredible for my family. They offer a lot of activities for the kids, healthy food choices and a safe place for kids to learn and play. The teachers genuinely love all the kids. They use the sprout-about app and update you during the day and you can watch your kid through the security cameras. I’ve been with them for almost three years and it’s only gotten better.
