I went in for a tour, and terrible terrible experience. Please do not bring your babies here. I seen how baby cried himself on the floor for the whole touring session they gave me and I couldn’t focus honestly. Babys face was so red, so who knows how long baby was already crying for. I addressed it to the front desk, she said if she was concerned she’ll go in there.?? Tour was 45 min. Whole time baby was still on the floor crying by when I got back around. The teachers in there were not caring to the babies is what I saw in such short time. The front desk lady told me the other teacher was busy and will get to it when she’s done being unbusy? She was standing with no child with her!! I genuinely feel bad for the babys who go through this daycare . And the parents who have no clue on how their babies are getting taken care of behind doors. Made up my mind instantly, will not bring my baby here.

We've used the center for over four years, with both of our kids attending since they were infants. It's worth every penny and so convenient for working parents. We've formed deep relationships with the staff and fellow parents, and we've learned so much from all of the teachers. Our oldest just started a public school pre-K program, and his new teacher remarked on how well adjusted and well prepared he was. This is all thanks to Ruby and the staff at Bright Horizons Drexel.

Both of my sons attended daycare here. I’m a grad student at the UofC, and it’s located a block away from the Reg, which is really convenient. I previously had them at a Montessori daycare, and I preferred Bright Horizons - Bright Horizons has both child-led opportunities and school lessons introducing the kids to new subjects. Administration here is superb. 99% of the caregivers are very sweet, but I once caught a caregiver angrily picking up my son by one arm. I immediately reported her to administration and they ended up firing her. About a year after that, a cafeteria lady named Shakira stopped giving my son lunch. I reported her to administration and they dealt with her as well. Despite these instances, I‘d still recommend this daycare as we stayed 3 years and only had two bad apples. The curriculum and facilities are great. The vast majority of the caregivers are nice, but you can immediately report any caregivers you take issue with and administration will deal with it as if it were their own child, which is all I could ask. Thank you, Bright Horizons :)

Our daughter has come alive after starting daycare here. It’s a very cheerful and loving environment. She’s excited to go every day. Highly recommend.

This was our first ever childcare experience back in 2019 when our son was only 15 months. His teachers were really wonderful and he learned so much at a young age. Unfortunately, we pulled him out because of the pandemic. Fast forward to this year. After struggling with a threenager, spending summer at Bright Horizons-Drexel was exactly what our son needed. The administration and teachers are wonderful. The facility is clean and well equipped with enriching activities and tools for kids. I do not ever worry about my son's well-being when he is there. Thank you Ms. Ruby, Sabrae, Michelle, Keanna, Marcia, and the rest of the Bright Horizons team!
