Two By Two Learning Center INC

My experience so far with Two by Two has been really great. Teresa is my baby’s teacher & has been doing so great with her. It was really hard on both of us to have her in daycare after being a stay at home mom. At first she would cry but now she walks right in & is greeted with love by both teacher’s in the room. Everyone loves her & adores her. I’m very happy with my decision!

I’ve been using this daycare since August 2024, and sadly, my experience ended on a disappointing note. One of the initial issues was about the pull-ups: my daughter needed a specific brand that I always provided due to allergies, but the daycare teacher used another brand fully aware of the allergy because it had easy-open sides. That brand caused my daughter a bad rash, but the teacher chose convenience over her health. On top of that, more recently, my daughter often came home with unexplained bruises, and her teacher Hannah just said she was “wild on the playground.” Recently, Hannah also overreacted about a few dead nits in my daughter’s hair, treating her as if she were contagious despite no live infestation. After I explained that it has been treated 4 days prior and she had been to daycare and the sub teacher was informed when I dropped her off two days prior to Hannah overreacting and being actually rude about the situation instead of showing actual compassion for my daughter she acted like she clearly did not want her in her classroom. Other teachers agreed my daughter should have been allowed to stay-that they did not see a reason why she was being excluded but Hannah’s stance was supported by the owner, Robin, who never contacted me to resolve anything and never showed her face! When I withdrew my daughter and asked for a refund for the rest of the week, it was refused. Now Robin is arguing that they have supposedly “bent over backwards” for my family and falsely claiming that I’ve picked my daughter up an hour late before. In reality, I’m a working mom who arranges for my son or my father to pick her up, and we’ve never been more than 15 minutes late on rare occasions. It’s unfair and untrue to claim that I “forget” my daughter. They also call themselves a “learning center,” but my daughter showed no improvement in learning basics like ABCs, which other daycares teach routinely. It felt like false advertising to call themselves a learning center with no educational progress. I’m sharing this so other parents know that long-term loyalty doesn’t guarantee professionalism here. I hope this helps others make an informed decision. This experience showed me a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and appropriate childcare judgment. I would never recommend a place that treats a child—and a paying parent—this way.

We love Two by Two, especially Mrs. Glo! Robin is very responsive and always interacting with the kids. All my children will go to Two by Two!

Amazing childcare!! I wouldn't put my kids anywhere else!
