My daughter has been going here for over a year, she loves it so much and learns so much. The teachers are awesome and they take very good care of your kids. This place is very clean and the most important part very safe. No one except staff can go inside and they have codes to each door enetering the building, parents push a button which alarms them that you're there and they get your child ready to leave. The playground is full of awesome toys and when I drive by seeing my girl outside with her little friends having a blast it brings me joy. This is a place I feel very pleased with my daughter being apart of and sad that soon she will be going to public school. If you're looking for the best daycare/preK this is it. You want to know your child is safe, learning and in an clean environment look no further than here.

Parents, please do you and your child a favor and find somewhere else to entrust with the care of your child. The owners are never present. There are no cameras. They chose not to for the sake of their staff rather than the safety of your children! Some of the teachers there are good but unfortunately the turnover rate there is so incredibly high you never know what you are going to get. The communication to the parents is non-existent. Through the hight of COVID, when they needed the most help at the center, the owner was scarcely absent. The ratios in the classroom were consistently off and you never knew what classroom your child was actually in. Just have a conversation with some of their previous employees. It’s very scary at the negligence that takes place. They have started making their staff sign no -disclosure agreements. HUGE RED FLAG!! This is also illegal just as it is to falsify government documents as they like to do as well. The owner makes the employees clock out so they do not go into overtime even though they are still working and thinks it’s okay to pay them under the table a fraction of the dollars it would cost them and owed to the employee. This goes back to the turnover in staff i mentioned. The owner, Connie Jackson, is also to cheap to maintain the parking lot and simple repairs even though parents complain and request these changes. She blames it on the surrounding business owners who do not have patrons that use that parking lot like she does. It’s always a deflection of responsibility. They do however have a security system in place, if you want to call it that when they leave the side door unlocked for anyone to walk in at anytime to grab a kid. This door is adjacent to the nursery!!!! Nonetheless, the so called security system they do have was actually paid for by the parents. If she wants to make upgrades, she decides to have a fundraiser sale and puts the burden on the parents to raise the money for this. If that doesn’t work, she just increases prices for the paying customers. Nice work Two by Two!

My son has been going to Two By Two Leap and Grow for over a year now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. I am comforted in knowing he is safe and cared for every moment he is there. He has learned so very much in the past year from his wonderful teachers. I’m very thankful for this facility.
