We love TLCC! Our son is a year old and has been going since he was about 4 1/2 months. They help made the transition so easy, even with him starting so young. I was able to call and check in whenever I needed. We love the teachers, my son is so happy every morning when I drop him off and it make my whole day a little easier. Communication is great and I love that they use an app so I know all about my sons day. I also love the arts and craft projects they do with the kids (even the infants 😊) and send home, they are so cute!
Our oldest daughter excelled through the preschool program at TLCC. Now, our youngest attends the daycare and enjoys it every day. Carol and her staff go above and beyond to care for and provide a fun, learning environment for the children.
We have been blown away by the level of care at Twin Lake. All of the teachers have been so nurturing, attentive, patient, kind, and compassionate. Our son is so excited to see them each day at drop off, and it puts our minds at ease knowing he's with teachers who truly care about his well-being. They do a great job at keeping the kids engaged with arts & crafts, buggy rides (weather-permitting), reading, playing, and socializing. We love seeing photos throughout the week, and receiving a detailed recap at the end of each day has been so helpful. The director is also very communicative about any illnesses going around in the center, and has done a great job navigating COVID to keep the children safe and healthy with minimal closure. We can't imagine sending our son anywhere else, and can't wait to see him continue to thrive at TLCC.
We love TLCC! Our daughter has been in the infant room for 4 months, and we’ve had a great experience. The teachers are fantastic, the communication is easy, and the extra precautions put in place for covid-19 put us at ease. We highly recommend TLCC to anyone looking for a daycare in the Northford area!
