I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Everbrook Academy with Ms. Wasan. I cannot say enough positive things about my son’s teacher. From day one, she was incredibly welcoming and made an intentional effort to truly know my child for who he is as an individual. Her caring, loving nature is evident in everything she does, and it’s clear that she treats each child with genuine attention, respect, and compassion. She is extremely attentive to the children’s needs, supports their growth and development thoughtfully, and always prioritizes safety. As a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. She is also very responsive whenever I send a message, which makes communication seamless and reassuring. The technology Everbrook provides is truly top tier. Being able to watch my child during the day and send real-time messages offers an incredible level of comfort when entrusting your child to someone else’s care. The amenities and activity centers on site are fantastic—seeing my son engaged in physical activities and interactive learning experiences genuinely warms my heart. If you are looking for a center that has teachers who truly care about your child, values them as an individual, and creates a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment, Everbrook Academy is absolutely the place to look into. I am beyond grateful for the care and dedication shown to my son every single day by Ms. Wasan.

We have been an Everbrook family for over eight years! Our children have received excellent care and have learned so much. My eldest, now in second grade, was very much prepared for Kindergarten (thanks to the AMAZING Ms. Amy) and continued support from Ms. Kim. My youngest is currently in the GSRP 4-year old Preschool program with Ms. Amy (grateful to get to experience her again!) + Ms. Alexus and is having a wonderful experience. I have witnessed the very thorough, high standards that Everbrook AND the State of Michigan have for this program and Amy & Alexus exceed them. My daughter gets hugs everyday, and they share in her joy of bringing in books to read. I am amazed at how much she has learned. Everbrook is part of our village and we are so grateful for them!

I love being a part of Everbrook Academy’s family. My son is in Ms. Joya and Ms. Jackie’s class and he loves going to school, they get the best smiles out of him (which is hard to do), and the amount of learning he has gained since being in their class is astonishing. My son has also had Ms. Dima in Infants who was absolutely amazing, she cares for the babies like they are her own, she is so good at communication and keeping track of each baby’s schedule and gave me so much peace of mind as a new mom. I can’t say enough great things about the amazing teachers who have made an impact on my son’s life!

For the last year and a half our son had been fortunate enough to call Everbrook Academy his school and we couldn't be more grateful. All of his teachers have been so patient and kind and always look out for our little man's best interests. He has learned so much and been so supported, there truly are no words. We cannot recommend this place more. Not having to worry about our son all day is the best feeling!

Our family’s experience with Everbrook Academy has been very disappointing. When we enrolled, we expected a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Unfortunately, what we encountered was a lack of communication, accountability, and genuine care from leadership and teachers. When we raised concerns about what was happening in the classroom, we didn’t receive any response until left. Even then, the issues weren’t acknowledged in a meaningful way — instead, there were attempts to justify terrible (at times physical) behavior from teachers, which only made the situation worse. It was also difficult to trust leadership after being told emails hadn’t been seen, while we knew other families were receiving responses at that same time. That felt dishonest and dismissive. Choosing a childcare center is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. For us, Everbrook did not provide the consistency, professionalism, or compassion we were promised. Communication and accountability are critical when it comes to children, and this school fell short. We hope they take this feedback seriously, and address the other negative reviews and make meaningful changes, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend this school.
