I've had my daughter here since she was 12 weeks old. She is now 16 months. All of the infant teachers are great. My daughter loves Ms. Amanda, Ms. Barbara and Ms. Sue and they seem to love my daughter. I feel very confident leaving my daughter with them. She is always happy when I drop her off and having a great time when I walk in to pick her up. It is great this facility has cameras. Great to check in on them when you're missing your children. Very clean and spacious facility. Nicole and Ashley at the front desk are always very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We transferred from Ronkonkoma Tutor time when they closed. Within 30 days, my son needed 12 stitches from a plastic surgeon (he was 2 at the time). He was bitten by a child and broke skin. He's been hit in the head by kids with wooden blocks. There are 15+ children in a classroom which is split apart by bookshelves. It's utter CHAOS. The "teachers" aka babysitters with zero qualification just walk around and clean up after the kids while they go buckwild. There is no learning. There is no structure. My son was wrestling with 2 other boys and I had to call the school to tell them someone needed to intervene. I picked him up with scratches on his arms. The babysitters were just sitting down watching it happen. There is no school preparations happening. No learning how to behave. No education. Not even arts & crafts. They color, go outside, then just run around until it's time for lunch and nap. It's negligent, and after seeing the wrestling match I pulled my son from the daycare immediately in fear for his safety. I'm filing reports with NYS. DO NOT SEND YOUR KID HERE - IT IS DANGEROUS. Trust me... I've already taken my child to the emergency room bc of this school. They are severely understaffed, and took on way more kids than they could handle (probably for the $$$). They constantly have kids at the front desk because classrooms are overpopulated and theres no where for these babies to go. I was told to leave my 3 year old at the front desk one morning because the teacher wasn't there (at 8:30am on a weekday). I refused and waited for her to show up. My son cries hysterically at drop off, no one comforts him, or even looks up from their iPad. I left him crying at the table with no consoling and watched from the hallway as the teacher never even looked at him. He self soothed to calm down. I also pulled my school aged daughter after 2 weeks of summer camp, because they would go on field trips to Nassau county and be on a bus for 2+ hours a day. The days there werent field trips, they stayed in a playroom as if they were 2 year olds. Please take this warning seriously - do not send your children here.

Tutor Time of Holbrook has been under new management for close to a year, it is now absolutely the best childcare facility I have seen! I am very impressed with the professional staff and the day-to-day curriculum is top notch!! Quite often I have witnessed children who don't want to go home because they are having such a wonderful time! They offer a clean, safe environment for young ones ! Highly recommended!!

First off let me start by saying, We truly love Tutor Time!! As new parents, we had no experience with daycare. It was difficult to choose a location. We wanted a place that would be Safe, Educational, and close to home. We found what we were looking for and more! Our daughter started @ Tutor Time when she was 3 months old and now she is almost 3. She is being cared for by people that truly care about her and want to see her succeed in life. The Directors Julie & Susanne go above and beyond to make sure your child is happy. My husband & I love that the teachers send us pictures and videos thru out the day. It's such a good feeling when you see a smiling face when you cant be there. We get updates all day what she ate or when she is napping. It is so nice to be so connected. Hands down we would recommend Tutor time!

My four year old son loves to learn and loves school because of Tutor Time. He has been attending since 4 months old and we never had one complaint and have always felt comfortable with the staff, teachers, Assistant Director and Director. Not only will your child learn here, but they will also take part in fun activities and make memories with friends. Your child will be loved and taken care of at Holbrook Tutor Time.
