Wanted to leave a review for Anthem Tutor Time. We have had our daughters enrolled in two of your schools, and the Anthem location is by far top-notch. The center is always clean and welcoming, and the staff greets you by name as soon as you walk in. It’s always a pleasure to see a friendly face like Jill’s at the front. All of the ladies there are informative, helpful, and truly dedicated. Mrs. Aimee, as the girls call her, runs an excellent location she is consistently kind, professional, and goes above and beyond for the kids. The girls get so excited to see Mrs. Lachelle, and they never stop talking about Mrs. Jessica. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been fantastic. Whenever the schools are closed, we can always count on the Anthem Tutor Time team to save the day. As a side note, the Surprise location could certainly benefit from the guidance and example set by the Anthem staff. Happy Holidays! 🎄
We are so happy we chose Tutor Time Anthem for our child care! Our kids were 3 and 4 when we enrolled them nine months ago (now 4 and 5), and we have been extremely satisfied with the high quality of care they have received. They love going every day, and have enjoyed the friendships they've made with teachers, administration, and classmates. There are never tears at drop-off, and they usually don't want to leave at pick-up time, which is a good indicator that they love being there! The administrators (Aimee and Jill) are welcoming, professional and trustworthy, and we feel comfortable talking to them about any concerns. The same goes with the teachers. We always know what kind of day our children had and we feel like we are talking with friends. As a former kindergarten teacher, I have been impressed with the quality of educational activities that are child-centered and appropriate for each of their age groups. The weekly lesson plans by Ms. Lachelle in the Pre-K classroom are exceptionally planned and executed. I know the amount of time that goes into preparing the high-quality lessons that are presented daily. Being able to peek into the classrooms during the day via the SproutAbout app, helps us know how our kids are doing. We can access the live-feed cameras to watch them, and we get messages on what they ate for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and how long they slept at naptime. Teachers also upload photos and videos throughout the day, with explanations on how the specific activities support the child's educational/social/emotional learning. Tutor Time is not just a child care facility, but a real partner to parents and families! We love knowing that our children are in a clean, safe, nurturing environment, with days full of exploration and fun!
The day-to-day staff at this center are fantastic and deserve so much credit. They genuinely care for the children and create a positive, nurturing environment. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and organized, which reflects the pride the team takes in their work. The infant room teacher restored our confidence in childcare after a poor experience elsewhere and gave us peace of mind knowing our little one is safe, loved, and well cared for. That feeling is priceless. The level of care, safety, and development our child has experienced here has far exceeded our expectations, and we love watching our child thrive. While our initial trust started in the infant room, we’re equally grateful for the continued care and consistency our child receives now. The staff who greet us warmly, communicate daily, and create a fun, loving atmosphere make a huge difference in our child’s development and well-being. Leadership has been wonderful—attentive, communicative, and supportive during and after our transition. The friendly greetings and daily kindness go a long way. Staffing has been an ongoing challenge, and the amazing team here deserves more support from corporate. There is so much potential if corporate steps up with additional qualified staffing and stronger retention efforts. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the people here and highly recommend this center based on the care and environment they provide.
I cannot say enough about how excellent this school has been. Mrs. Aimee has been a god send for our little family. My oldest is a T1D and Mrs. Aimee, Ms. Lachelle and Mrs. Jill have continued to provide the most incredible care. I can drop my daughter off and not have to worry about her blood sugars or the care she is receiving. It is such a relief to know my daughters are in good hands. My youngest is constantly asking me when she can go back to school and when she is going to see Mrs. Lachelle, again I cannot say enough about how excellent this location has been for us!
As a first time mom, choosing childcare can be and is stressful. I'm so happy we went with Tutor Time of Anthem. I love that I can check in on my daughter via the app with a live camera feed and that staff update me throughout the day on her diapers, eating, and fun activities. The staff is very kind, warm, and loving of the children in their care. Our daughter has been attending for about a year and loves her teachers Candace, Aedynn, Kat and Mia. The manager, Jennifer, has been with Tutor Time for over 18 years and is very knowledgeable and values the services they are providing families. The location and hours are very convenient as we live and work in Anthem.
