This child care facility operates in a very unprofessional manner. My grand child had been in their care for a while. The company apparantly had internal drama over an employee terminated due to the employee's non business related , personal social media post. A representative from the center called my daughter (while we were out shopping, and was overheard by myself and several shoppers)discussing internal employee/company information which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. My daughter respectfully disagreed with the companies actions and approach. They then proceeded to send messages to my grand daughters father, that held derogatory comments towards my daughter. The company closed at 5 pm and at 6 pm on a Friday night they un-enrolled my grand daughter and advised my daughter via text message that she would need to find another daycare.They did not provide adequate notice and it was not due to any fault of my 2 yr old grand daughter or any unruly, hostile behaviors of my daughter.The primary grievance I have is- I feel the emphasis was not on the wellbeing of my grand daughter. There was no concern on their part about the loss of stablity she would have if she suddenly had to change daycare. No secure transition for a toddler or ability for working parents to have adequate time to look for another center. Their rash actions because my daughter disagreed with their unprofessionalism, violated their own written grievance processes laid out in their handbook. In the calls and texts that followed it appears that their ego outweighs the wellbeing of a child. This center advertises as a Christian principles based center but the actions I observed were unprofessional, inappropriate business ethics and unbiblical behaviors.

We reached out to tutor bug childcare and all the spots were filled, we ended up finding other childcare so it was no big deal. Weeks later tutor bug reaches back out to us saying a spot was available and we could schedule a tour. The owner/director and me scheduled for lunch time the following day for a tour. I get there at 12:30-12:45ish and everyone was was completely confused on who I was or why I was there (the owner had already left) even though she told me she would be there until 2. I Wait inside for about 15-20 minutes while the staff was on the phone trying to figure out the situation. Once everything is finally cleared up they tell me just to come back Monday at 9 am. Obviously I’m kinda frustrated because as a working parent it’s not easy to adjust schedules with work, but I liked the place and wanted to go there. Monday morning comes around(again adjusted my work schedule) and I’m told now she won’t be there until 10. Okay no problem. Right before 10 o’clock she then proceeds to message again saying the spot is already filled. I’m very understanding and I know these people may have been ahead or whatever the case may be. My issue was the lack of communication between the owner, staff, and us. I thought the place was super cute, and wish things could have worked out, but I highly suggest you guys get better communication.

Place completely lacking in internal communication. We had a tour scheduled for the previous Friday and when I arrived they had no idea I was going to be there saying the manager didn’t tell anyone . Then I rescheduled for Monday and it got canceled like this .

These guys are the best. The care and love they show the children is above and beyond. Their pre-K curriculum has the kids at a 1st grade level when they start kindergarten. All of the teachers love what they do with a passion. That makes a big difference. They can and will become a blessing in your life!

My mom has been an owner of a daycare for 22 years! She absolutely loves what she does! She puts everything into her job 💓 This place is by far the best!
