Cleaned thoroughly, under appliances, top of cabinets. Paid a $2,500 fee to end my second lease 3 months early, gave 2 months notice. Several weeks after moving recieved my deposit minus $500, no explanation.

THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE. I have lived at this complex for over three years the last year or so the complex was bought by another company and everything has changed. All the good reviews you see on here are for the old company not for the current one. I will attach details and photos of my experience living in this complex. I sincerely hope you do not rent here and have a bad experience as I have. - We’ve had multiple AC issues that were not fixed quickly or efficiently. - The complex will turn the water off without any warning or notice. - The complex will send multiple passive aggressive emails to you with needless information. - The patios are not stable and there are constant ant and leaking problems. -You are also right next-door to a childcare facility and a church so there are kids screaming all day long that echo through the complex. - There are stone stairs in our complex that have been literally broken for well over a year and the complex will not fix. -The trash has been overflowing multiple times. -The sidewalks are not salted or treated during the winter months, making it extremely dangerous during the winter. The staff here could not be more disappointing, they are never at the office or available by phone. The assistant manager is rude and shouldn’t be in this line of work. Although the company won’t care to read this review, I hope you potential renters do because this place ain’t it.

We lived here for two years and loved it. The staff was easy to communicate with and so friendly! Any maintenance issue was resolved very quickly! The apartment itself was pretty nice. We loved living there and only moved because we wanted to be closer to my husbands work. I would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone looking in that area!

Lived here for two years it was ok upper staff main manager was disrespectful and very rude.but other than that it was fair if you like Platte city that is though.kind of expensive for what you get also but what isn’t anymore. Just be aware of the upper management he’s not nice one bit be careful when moving out because they try to charge you for everything that was already messed up or u put down on the move in sheet. No one wants to be ripped off or scammed anymore I left that place nicer than when I moved in there. It’s a shame people still have jobs there! But not all the staff is bad either

Went to look at the 2 bed apartment, which was very nice. Decided to apply, however, I was declined. Had to pay the administrative fee and application fee. Once declined, staff stated I would receive the administrative fee back at the end of the month. Applied like end of February or in March. I have never received my money back. Have left messages several times with no response. Finally went there and told the office staff (girl with dark hair) that I still have not received anything and this was in April. It is now May, and I still have not received my money. I've heard their song and dance about needing the manager and corporate to sign it. This is theft, not civil, because I would not have put a down payment on something I didn't get approved for. I don't just give money away. I would never rent anything from this place, because they don't base their work on integrity or make ethical decisions. Bad actions by people in a business gives the business a bad name. Addendum: My money was returned to me; however, it was the middle of May. If correct bookkeeping was being done, it probably would have been sent to me sooner.
