True Care Early Childhood Learning Center INC.

I would never recommend this daycare or any of the true cares center this lady owns. She has the nerve to be a pastor but trust there is nothing godly about the owner of these daycare...she owns Salem,trotwood and north Dixie. My son attended north Dixie. The center is old and so are the toys. There isn't any real learning happening especially in their infant room and most of the toys don't work. The director is always tired and complaints about not getting a break. They also don't sanitize the toys as they should and when they do its with pinesol which is a deodorizer and not a sanitizer. The owner is selfish and set in her ways and will not be open to change. She forgets that without the parents there wouldn't be a daycare. My son had what appeared to be a bite mark on his Face as I was picking him up and no one notice when asked no one knew and said he exchanged licks with another child earlier in the day but was suppose to be body hits. They took a picture of the mark on my sons face and assumed it to be ringworm so I had to miss a days work to go to urgent care only to have the tapes reviewed two days later to see he was pinched in the face POINT BEING HE WASNT BEING WATCHED FLAT OUT. I CALLED THE STATE ON THE OWNER AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO BE UPSET LOL...HOW SHE HANDLED THE SITUATION With MY SON WAS UNPROFESSIONAL SHE NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK AFTER THE INCIDENT TO SEE HOW HE WAS DOIN. THIS IS A WARNING OF UNDER STAFFED,UNSUPERVISION,KIDS EAT LEFTOVERS FOR DAYS(TUNA CASSEROLE). THEY ALSO.DONT SERVE 100% JUICE BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE DOESNT "HAVE TOO" THIS LADY IS A PIECE OF WORK AND SHE'S IN IT FOR ALL PROFIT AND NOT BECAUSE SHE CARES. KEEP IN MIND A FEW YEARS AGO AT THE SALEM LOCATION A CHILD WAS LEFT ON A PARKED BUS FOR HOURS BECAUSE COMMON SENSE DIDNT TELL THE DRIVER TO CHECK THE BUS...FIND A BETTER place. It's safe to say I've found a place for my son that does care he has his own portfolio to work on the things he needs,toys that work,a more healthier menu and teachers that love their job somebody tell Holloway to step up to quality.
