Love the Swim Classes offered! Instructors were very good at getting kids to pay attention to learn a new skill. They have progress reports and different levels to find the right spot for each kid.

This community does not need made-up, self-imposed, or subjective policies On Monday, August 11, my husband and I were at the gym for our second guest pass session, and we had an online training session with our trainer. A staff member named Ashley approached us and told us that we could not use our mobile phones in the gym area. We explained that we were using our phones for online training, but Ashley repeatedly said it wasn’t allowed and claimed it was the gym’s policy. When we asked her to show us the policy, she did not provide anything because no such policy exists, not even on the gym’s website. Ashley’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and she even stopped our session in the middle of the class. My husband emailed three gym managers, Monica, Andrew, and Lesly, whose email addresses are publicly listed on the gym’s website. None of them responded until my husband informed them that we would be taking action through our legal representative. Only then did they reply to our emails. Andrew asked my husband to come to the gym on Saturday, August 17, to review the supposed policy. My husband went, and guess what? The manager, Mr. Andrew, did not show up at all! We are currently in the process of filing a legal complaint against this gym. If you value respect and fair treatment, you should think twice before trusting this gym with your membership.

The Group Classes are Awesome! Staff is Friendly. Love this Facility! My favorite classes are all of the Yoga, mat pilates & Les Mills Body classes especially BodyPump. Stretch and Restore is great too!

While our initial experience with this YMCA was great, they have unfortunately changed management too many times. The inconsistency and lack of response have been unacceptable. Their child night watch was something to look forward to, but recently they took our money for it, had parents show up to drop their kids off, only to be told it was cancelled with no notice. They recently increased their charge to $40/child for three hours of child watch. It took two months for a refund for the mistake. I recently attempted to cancel my membership. Their calls go unanswered. This is a very unresponsive location, and I will be going to another location going forward. This is a poorly organized location with a lack of attention to its members. Shame, as their swimming coaches are fantastic and the facilities are clean. Their customer service and response are under par.

Oh my God, I am absolutely in love with Trotter Family YMCA! I came here with a friend for the first time to play pickleball, and it instantly won me over. They have a dedicated court setup in one of the gym rooms, and the layout is fantastic. The lines are clearly marked, and it doesn’t overlap with any other courts, so it feels private with ample space to move around. There’s only one court in this section, making it the perfect setup for a focused game. They even offer a second court option for pickleball on Sundays by converting part of the basketball court. With a divider screen in place, one side can be used for basketball while the other hosts pickleball, allowing everyone to play without disruption. The entire facility is clean and impressively well-organized, with amenities for everyone. There’s a swimming pool and numerous rooms dedicated to classes like Pilates, yoga, spinning, and racquetball. The regular gym section is stocked with the latest equipment, making workouts even more enjoyable. The staff here is attentive and super friendly, enhancing the experience. The Trotter Family YMCA truly captures the charm of a well-designed, community-centered facility. Highly recommended!
