So my son’s daycare had a disheartening event happen. As a single mom - childcare has to be promising At 6:30pm I get a notification from The Board’s granddaughter. It was very brief but just assuring they will be operating regular hours tomorrow. I called The Board to get more clarity on this situation and all she could say was quote “I’m not sure why adults would abandon children in the way that they have” ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! (Already manipulative and conniving, narcissistic behavior. Intentionally throwing other people under the bus) That message alone confirmed that my child will be unenrolled immediately. 8 people left, effective immediately (within a months time and 5 of those the same day) and some how she’s surprised and in shock… I say all of this to conclude management sucks! If you don’t have the proper support on the upper hand then people will leave… & I don’t even know their stories. I just know my son loved them and so did I. I felt safe knowing my son was safe. Now both my son and I are expected to adjust to new faces at 7am. Im expected to leave him with strangers for 9 hours I predict the turn over rate of staff to be high until The Board finds select people to be quiet and do their job. So if you’re looking for a place of peace to leave your child for the day. This is not it.
