I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the school’s director. Phone calls are met with complete indifference—no urgency, no empathy, and no willingness to help. Emails go unanswered for weeks, if they are acknowledged at all. As a parent, it is unacceptable to be ignored when trying to address legitimate questions or concerns about my child. This level of non-responsiveness reflects poor leadership and a disregard for families. Communication is a basic responsibility, and in this case, it is consistently absent.
I cannot say enough great things about Trinity Early Childhood Center. My two kids, one of whom has mild autism, have thrived here. The teachers are incredibly compassionate, patient, and skilled at tailoring their care to meet the unique needs of each of my kids. They took the time to understand my child's sensory and emotional sensitivities, creating a supportive environment where he feels safe and understood. And, their willingness to collaborate with us on strategies to help him stay regulated has made a world a difference. For my other child, the teachers provide a nurturing and engaging atmosphere where she could explore, learn, and build friendships. The curriculum is well-rounded, balancing structured activities with plenty of time for creative play and social interaction.
I am incredibly happy with the experience my kids have had at this school. The teachers are warm, caring, and truly invested in the children’s growth and development. The environment is welcoming, safe, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning through play. My kids have got so much progress in such a short amount of time, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the kids. My two kids love this place. I would highly recommend.
My daughter loves Trinity! It’s her first school and she’s looking forward to it every day. All the teachers are very nice and care about the children. My girl is sharing her school life when she comes home with smiles. Parents are able to know the kids school life with pics and videos via Brightwheel. There’s also Christmas program each year to see your child singing and dancing on the stage. Those are definitely memorable moments for your family!
All three of our children attend Trinity. The teachers are amazing, the curriculum engaging, and our kids truly look forward to going to school.
