Our son absolutely LOVED his years at TEC! He has thrived so much and the teachers loved him like their own. We love everything about TEC -- the developmentally appropriate curriculum, play-based learning, arts and crafts, music and motor skills classes, and most especially Bible Celebration or chapel time. We prayed for a wonderful preschool for our child and we were so blessed to have found and attended TEC!
We have been so blessed to have our children attend TEC! The teachers and staff are all so wonderful and truly love their roles and the children they teach. Our children have grown tremendously and I appreciate the importance of learning and playing. I cannot say enough about our time here and so thankful we found them after we relocated to the area.
We were new in town and checked out several preschool programs in the area. TEC felt like home the moment we walked in. I also want to state I am non religious, and the school, though faith based is not pushy or judgemental. ALL of the teachers and staff genuinely enjoy their jobs and are so loving to the children in their classrooms. The classrooms have 2 teachers with small groups of kids, so there is plenty of help and hands on learning for all of the kids. There are fun celebrations and special programs, like Spanish, music, library, and gym that the kids get to be involved in weekly. this will be my daughter's 3rd and final year. We will be sad to move on. I highly recommend TEC to any preschool parents!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this program. It’s extraordinary. Mrs. Kuyon and Mrs. Osburn for the 4-5’s class are the kindest, most loving, patient women. They are the kind of women you want in your child’s life. Truly such special people. They are absolute blessings. Kuyon is patient and kind and calm. Osborn is bubbly and outgoing and playful. They’re the perfect match. We truly were so blessed to have our son in their class. My son HATED “school” from being enrolled in daycare unsuccessfully for 2 years when I went back to work. Even though pre-k is quite different from daycare he wasn’t able to make that distinction and was upset when we enrolled him at TEC. After ONE day at TEC he was begging to go back and telling us how much he loved school. Brings tears to my eyes. They taught him so much. The academic and emotional growth was phenomenal . The best part of what they teach is to love one another and Jesus. There is a pre-k program in our neighborhood and it was sad that the children in that program already had “clicks” and sometimes used hateful language towards one another. This doesn’t happen at TEC. Every child rotates play and seating so they get to know everyone. They also preach kindness and love above all else and they mean it. Lastly, they have him very excited for kindergarten. Meanwhile I am crying on the last day of school because they loved our boy so well and I will miss TEC. Our youngest boy will be enrolling as soon as he is old enough!
We have attended TEC for 2 years now and have loved it. The teachers/staff are absolutely wonderful. Both of my older girls have loved their experience there and my middle can’t wait to return in the fall.
