Bonnie (the manager, I guess) failed to inform me up front that they had no openings and made me believe I was applying for an open spot for my infant son. Reality: I was applying for a spot on a waiting list and now I have to call my work and inform them that I'll need to extend my maternity leave indefinitely. All the other daycares and head starts informed me when I called that there were no openings and I'd be put on a waiting list. I would not recommend this particular head start program just because of Bonnie's deception.
We tired to get our daughter in only to be told we were on the waiting list.
Tri-valley is really great! My daughter qualified for Infant and Toddler room. They provide diapers, wipes, and formula. Their rooms and very clean and colorful and the teachers are always very welcoming and they really help your child learn. My daughter left the toddler room potty trained which is amazing! I highly recommend this head start to all families!
