Treetop Daycare

I have four kids over there for 2 years staff are very good This is the best daycare I have ever went to. Staff are very professional and my kids seem to love the teachers over there. The site administrator is very nice. She has been very professional to me and my kids. The daycare is very clean. They even transport the kids to their schools and back. They also help them with their homework and schoolwork. Last Christmas they even got present for the kids like toys and other things. I recommend this daycare to everyone.

When I took my son in on his first day the administrator made us feel real uncomfortable. My son started crying and she just kept saying “what’s wrong with him” after I told her the problem. She proceeded to say that something was wrong with my son cause he had a tantrum and mind you he is only 3. I expressed that I felt like she was being rude and she went to the owner and lied to him and then kicked my son out of daycare before he could ever start. I was going to pull him out anyway because she was there by herself with at least seven kids, one being an infant, and as a old daycare worker I know for a fact that she was out of ratio per the state. I will make a complaint to the county about the ratio problem and the rudeness of the administration. Oh yeah when I called back to speak with the owner she just keeps saying that he isn’t in and she don’t know when he will be.

This daycare is horrible. It’s one of the worst daycares in Cleveland. Do not send your kids to this center. I took my son out this daycare for numerous reasons. When I go to the daycare center a to drop my son off it’s never a teacher in his classroom. One morning, the teacher left the7?/ kids unattended. The teacher is not train on how to properly care for kids. The teacher would use my son $ huwipes on other kids. Also, when I picked my son up he sees dauiicciichad a big mark under his eye. The teacher tried to a tell me he fell down outside. I know accidents happen and kids are going to fall but that wasn’t the case judging from the mark from his face. They would not allow me to see the cameras. Also they called my son outback his name( have it on recording). Management is horrible. They do not care about the kids! The administrator who is the owner sister is very unprofessional. She got mad when I tried to express my concerns about the center. She slammed my son in the chair. She said my son is not wanted at the center. He can’t come back! She threw my son belongings in a garbage bag. When I told her I wanted to speak to the owner she said what for that’s my brother. Whatever I say goes. You can’t speak to him. When I finally got a chance to talk to him it was a waste of time. He told me he don’t have time. Okay, fine since he don’t have time to listen to my concerns I know who will listen to my concerns. Now I will have a case against them. I have pictures & recordings to back up everything I’m saying

I call to información 3 time no body take my call and then she call me and saids it’s 210 dollars wen I said it’s too much at Miami I’m wa paying 100 she told me go back to Miami that’s not professional I’m never going to leve my kids at this please
