What Parents Say
Treehouse Too receives mixed reviews with strong polarization between parents. Positive reviewers praise the real-time app updates, skilled teachers, and child development focus, while negative reviewers report serious concerns including staff unreliability, questionable illness policies, inadequate hygiene, understaffing, and allegations of inappropriate teacher behavior toward children.
We have had our son attend Treehouse Too for almost 2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about it. The teachers here work with the kids to develop new skills very often. This facility utilizes an app that they use to update parents on real time for everything that involves your child. Every diaper change, every meal, every potty attempt, every nap time etc is marked in the app as they happen so you as the parent can stay caught up on how your child is doing throughout the day. They even occasionally post pictures of your child so you can see them too. My favorite teacher for my son is Lauren and we always know when Lauren is in his room for the day because we almost always get a minimum of 2 photos every day she’s there. Something else I want to bring to attention is that this facility is rather strict about sickness/illness but as a parent it’s important to highlight both perspectives here. Previous reviews of this daycare will highlight the frustrations they have with having to leave work on a dime to pick up their kid and then take time off work because they are sick. This is true for Treehouse Too. If your child shows symptoms they will ask you to come right away. If your child has had a fever, they request 48 hours fever free before returning. Now while this can be frustrating as a parent who has the sick child, know that these policies are designed to protect your child when your kid is healthy. We’ve had our own fair shares of having to take time off work but we ALWAYS appreciate knowing that when our kid is healthy, they’re trying their best to keep it that way. Definitely recommend Treehouse Too.
If you need daycare and can't find anything but this, quit your job. These people are so unreliable they'll get you fired anyway. The employees seem to have figured out every way they can to not have to work, and this includes the management. They'll take a staff "Mental Health" day or random bank only holiday, and make you pay while you have to take off and watch your kids. They'll kick your kid out on Monday because they have a "Fever" or something else. You show up and take their temp and it's 98 or you take them to the doctor and the doctor says they're fine. By their policy your kid can't come back for a few days, and you have to take off work. Whether it's true or not or you have a doctor's note, they don't care. We spent $15,000 (not exaggerating) in lost income (ran out of time off), daycare bills (you still have to pay when your kid is home), and doctor bills in 10 months and nearly lost our jobs before we found someone else. Also, the staff seem to have trouble with basic hygiene.
My 2 kids started there at 8 weeks old. They are now 4 and 2.5 years old and look forward to seeing their friends and teachers every day! It makes my job/mornings much easier when the kids are happy to go to school!
This is Luke and Lily's father you can tell her mother I'm documenting each weekend she doesn't allow me to see my kids I have a notarized copy from the court she wrote up and agreed to she will be held in contempt of court if she continues to keep them from me going against the court system she said she would bring them to me her own handwriting and I've not seen them in 8 months
Had another kid’s parent reach out to tell us they witnessed our 2 year old bawling while getting screamed at by one of the “teachers”. We pulled him out immediately. I feel bad that my son ever had to go here.
