So glad to have enrolled my 3 year old here. Affordable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when my child came home smelling clean like the facility every day. My child was constantly sick at his previous daycare, which is one of the reasons we left. The hours are accommodating for working parents. The staff are great and the daycare is attentive about incidents to the best of their ability. Love all the activities my son got to participate in. Holiday hours were very accommodating and my son had a blast making art and participating in spirit week. Very sad to be leaving, but very satisfied with the time we spent there. Highly recommend this daycare.

The Treehouse was recommended to us by a good friend who has had both of her sons there for years. When we moved to Elgin, getting our daughter into great childcare was our first priority, and we are so grateful to have found The Treehouse! You can really feel that the staff members care about your child, all the way from the owner down. Having people who genuinely care about my child’s happiness and wellbeing makes all the difference. Thank you for being a safe place for her!

We absolutely LOVE the Treehouse both of my kids have gone to treehouse and my son who is now in elementary requests to go to the treehouse on days he has off of school because he has so much fun….all of the staff is truly amazing….they are fantastic with the kids….as a mother who doesn’t let just anyone watch her children…there is no better feeling that knowing my children are well cared for and happy. There is a reason they have been in business so long, I would not send my kids anywhere except the treehouse!

Very disappointed with how things turned out at this place. My sons main teacher did not speak English yet they complained about a two year old not doing as he was told. The whole time while he was there he was never learned anything even though they business name is “ early learning center”. Our son is never violent at home or around other little kids which he is around a lot at parks and event centers yet he got kicked out because they said he was violent and they were scared for other little kids. This was only causally brought up. With no meeting to discuss solutions or the problem. ( probably because his teacher does not speak English fluently). They just decided on day to kick a little boy out with a weeks notice. Our son was not even at the daycare for long periods of time or every day of the week on most weeks but they could not handle a two year old. That just says kind of day care they are. While we are at it I’ll mention other negatives: - missing clothes - missing diapers - missing bottles - over crowded Pro: Some of the staff try to smile at you and give you the greeting of the day at least. -place looks clean most of the time.

Wife here on my hubby’s account for safety reasons: This review is overdue. I am incredibly satisfied with the services my children and I get from Treehouse. Originally I placed one of my twins here as an experiment because we thought he may be on the spectrum. Within weeks my son was speaking better, effectively communicating, and learning so much! So a few months later I enrolled his twin. A year later and my kids LOVE going to daycare. I fell in love with the staff. The owner (Ms. Paula) and her daughter (Ashley) are very transparent and patient. I was having trouble with a few documents and Ms. Paula stayed on me and walked me through what was expected. As a busy working mom, I needed that. The staff feels like family. Peace of mind is everything when your littles are in the care of others: I know I can reach out to Ms. Michelle or Ms. Gypsy through the app and get an immediate response. I also love how secure and clean the facility is. I am very satisfied with my decision to place my twins (Pandemic babies) here. Thank you Treehouse!! Xoxoxo
